I decided to keep with a plainer color but to add sequins to them to make them sparkle when light hits them.  I think next time I will make a more colorful pair light green or blue for cool spring days.

I sewed them in after.  I was thinking about adding more but my husband has a needle phobia and he kept walking into the room asking if i was done using the sewing needle. lol Smiley
