The dresses are great.  How did you create that ruffle effect on the second dress?

The ruffles on the middle dress were made like this - starting at the bottom of the dress and using purple, I made 3 triple crochetes into each dc around, then did the same thing on the next 7 rows going up the dress.  After doing the purple triples, I went back and added a white single crochet to each stitch.  Tons and tons of work and I don't think I'll ever attempt it again

BEAUTIFUL!  But, um, how long did it take?  If I started today (I'm only 19), I'd probably finish in time to give to my grandchildren. lol

  I used to have a ginormous one of those my grandma made for me when I was little! I used to think it was such a pain to flip it over and back onto my bed every day but man do I wish I knew what happened to that thing now.....Odd...I was just thinking about that thing the other day too...

Your dolls are beautiful by the way...I wish I had the calm in me to even think about sitting down and attempting something like that.

Especially the bridal gown, the lace is beautiful. It looks like a real bridal gown.
