I have a thing for black and white, I lucked out and found this heavyweight canvas houndstooth print for 1.98 a yard. ( I may go back and buy the whole bolt! ) I usually make bags, but for some reason the fabric wanted to be a hat, unfortunately the style doesn't suit my face, so its doomed to the closet, or one of my daughters friends. The covered button was difficult to do with such heavy fabric. I am open for a trade.

That's a really nice hat! And is it a coincedence that I just made a skirt's waistband with some fabric that looks just like that? Wow! It looks great as the hat too!

Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat, it's not your fault.
They won't take you to the vet,
You're probably not their favorite pet.
You may not be a bed of roses
And you're no friend to those with noses

Wow! That looks great! The button looks godd, even if it was difficult.

I have a hat almost exactly like it... it's been passed on through the theatre department at my school for the past year.  Cheesy

I would love to see a tut, if possible?
