Thanks guys, your responses made me smile when I really need too.  I feel awful, my cramps are killing me and so is my migraine.  So you made a corpse that's dead twice over smile!  Grin

Oh, I hope you're feeling better soon!

I'm sending out Saturday, so (one) of my partners will be receiving soon!

***jumping up and down and doing a little happy dance***

i just got my very first swap package...ever...it came in a fun envelope and everything....k8kre8s sent me an amazing DIY felting kit...a great (homemade) instruction book...wool bits...needles...a bamboo mat...a kool-aid packs...but not just kool-aid packs...pack with cute little bits of wool color swatches...(i will have to hide the kool-aid from my husband)...

kate said she had some pix that she could post, so the photos will be coming soon Smiley

thank you so much...i am finally going to get to try my hand at this!!! YAY!

thanks for posting the photo, but i wanted to add the envelope...i loved the kittys and all the stamps...i had to show my husband as soon as he came home from work and he laughed, because i love putting lots of stamps on envelopes....

*edited to add photo*

here's a photo of the above-described felting kit:

i squished the wool in the bags so it wouldn't take up so much room, that's why it looks wierd!
it was really fun to make, and good to know it will be happily used!  Wink

Edit: yeah, the stamps were kind of crazy! the woman at the post office said she needed to use them up because letter postage just went up 1cent. 12bucks in 50cent stamps? have at 'er!
