Okay, what is jersey knit fabric/what is it good to use for? And what is double knit fabric/what is it good to use for??

Jersey is t-shirt knit. good for t-shirts, yoga pants and in lighter weights underwear.

double knit is a heavier more stable knit used for light jackets and the like.
