This is awesome. I might make one for my room mate.  I also couldn't resist sending this tutorial to boingboing.

Great job and thanks for the tutorial!

Thanks so much for sending it to boingboing!! It seems that arstechnica.com http://arstechnica.com/index.ars and makeblog.com http://www.makezine.com/ picked it up somehow, too. How fun! The weirdest part is that I always read those sites, but just found out about it because they were posted while I was driving out to San Francisco.

My boy is still really enjoying the cover. As soon as I make it back to Denver (I've been stuck in SF for over a month!), I think I may add arms and legs as an arm band.

Let me know if anyone uses the tutorial! I'd like to know what changes I may need to make.

Update! This is totally anti-craftster for its lack of DIY attitude, but a number of visitors from other sites wanted to know if they could buy a Domokun cover for their iPod. Yes, now you can. Please visit my shop at: geekchic.etsy.com

HAHA!

Love the iPod case!! Do you think it would ruin it if I did one without the mouth cover? Just...I need a clearer screen...

Glad this is featured!
So adorable
