Wow... so I've been online for hours looking for cute origami hearts, roses, etc. for Valentine's Day. So, when I came across this origami heart, I thought others might like to give it a try too. I love how it has a little pocket to put your secret Valentine's notes in, or whatever. Makes a great substitution for a card. Smiley

I've been looking around for some simple rose origami, since I want to make a paper rose bouquet for my lovey... but all the instructions seem a bit out of my reach for my skill level right now. Maybe with some practice. Smiley

i got confused too, but figured it out. you have to bring the 2 diagonal folded edges together, and then bring them down to the bottom corner, so that they are tucked inside the other layers like a sandwich. there should be an open side and it should be a square. hope that helps!
