Details of swap:
NEW! BY POPULAR (as heck) DEMAND! This swap, which is very liberal, will give those US and UK cousins a chance to really knock each other's socks off. We'll trade the very best of anything to do with our respective countries, including (as possible) the fondest desires of your swapping partner (as long as it's clean & legal, LOL). Anything goes, but please try to keep your budget in mind - we don't want you going broke. Jewelry? Chocolate? Tea? Those tiny bottles of hair gel? Oatmeal? "My cousin went to Kokomo and all I got was this lousy t-shirt"? Marmite? Anything you can think of that those on either side of us can't live without. This is better than a "My Country Doesn't Have..." this is "We GOTTA have it!"

You can work with your swap partner through communication so you can stay within the range of what is reasonable. You'll post a list of your 10 most desired items (again, within reason) and if you can't think of 10, ask for a surprise. Crafting is welcomed, but not totally required. If you find you can craft something in lieu of finding it ready made, all the nicer. US and UK relations will be never better than before after this swap is done!

Waaaa-Hooooo!  I'm so excited!!  Question: Is there going to be a rough monetary guideline, like plan to spend between $20 and $25 or anything like that so that everyone is getting packages of the same value?  Or are we being matched up and then work that out with our partners individually?

When you get matched up, you should PM your partner to work the financials out so you're on the same boat. It would only be fair. Also, if we end up having an uneven number of swappers from each country, we'll work on that when the time comes.
