I'd been on a toy kick for Christmas gifts this and finally got around to posting them.

My original Pasha.

Pasha after I was compelled to knit little clothes to go along with it.

It's Sirdar the ITV Digital Monkey. I adapted the monkey feet to Charity Pattern: MaryJane Socks.  Removeable shirt and jumper were my own pattern, but the lacework heart is from Knitty's Fall 04 Issue, under the "fall suprise!" This project is roughly the size of a 7 month old human baby and will probably take  just as long to produce.  As I was nearing the last bit of stuffing and seaming, I almost didn't want to give it away.  I had spent a lot of time and careful research to make this just perfect.  This is one of (if not THE) most challenging knitting projects I've undertaken.

I had seen this turtle online but could never find the book, so I decided to wing a pattern.

My friends live in Paris now and couldn't afford tickets to fly back for Thanksgiving.  They were too bummed to do anything traditional so I made them a turkey.  Turkey (or chicken) is an extended version of the infamous Chicken Viking Hat.

My coworker is expecting a baby boy in April and has decorated the nursery in a pond theme.  This little froggy will hopefully add to the theme.

So cute!  I love them all but I'm particularly fond of the frog...adorable!

I also wanted to add that I think your knitting itself is beautiful!

If all else fails, hide.  It works for bunnies.

Those are great! I especially love the frog, and the colors you chose for that turtle.  Cheesy

Excellent!  Those are adorable.
My next project is a knitted turtle, I've got a pattern but I think I'm going to ignore it.
