How fun!  I had fortune cookies as wedding favors, pre-purchased in bulk at the import store (I don't think I'd be ambitious enough to MAKE them from scratch!) then dipped in white chocolate and pieces of crushed hard candies in our wedding colors.  So there's a little decorating tip if you want to use it, but I'm sure you could come up with something a million times more clever on your own!  Also, Michaels has cute valentine-themed Chinese takeout boxes if you need something to put them in.

Have a great Valentine's Day!

Excellent idea,
any chance that anyone knows how much essential oil, essence or food colouring to add to make them flavoured/coloured?
i saw some really nice fortune cookies on the web and now i can't find the link again, they were orange flavoured drizzled in white chocolate and peppermint with dark chocolate, they looked SOOO yummy, some had sprinkles and crushed nuts (they didn't say what flavour they were)
I am having an alice in wonderland meets a mid summer nights dream themed reception for my wedding and i really need little things like this that i can make ahead and keep for a while.
Anyone know how long they keep? Huh
