Little Polka Dot Clutch

Okay well I was trying to make another style of purse and I messed up  sooo it turned into this little clutch. (Sorry the picture isn't very good!) It's black and white polka dot fabric and it's pleated up at the top and then it just has the white stripe along the top and a white lining! What do ya think?

that is SO a skirt!
u should make a skirt that looks exactly like that and wear it when u use that clutch. thatd be awesome!
