These are beautiful pieces - they look gorgeous all together on the wall like that.  It is almost like a narrative for the eyes.  The unfinished 'look' of some of the peices makes me think of things left unsaid. 

It looks as though you have used watered down acrylics on the canvas, is that right?  I love the soft effect anyway. 

I can't believe this is highschool work - It is so good!

Thank you for all the flattering comments, I myself am amazed at the fact I once made them. Almost a year past since I started working on them, I'm in such a diffrent place now in my life, and I just wish I had a bit more time and willpower to start drawing again.

Titania: I actually used oil paints "watered down" with turpentine and linen oil on canaves, with a bit beads and other things occasionlly used.

these are gorgeous! I have recently just started oil painting and I'd get frustrated when I'd "water" the paints down too much with turpenoid and then I saw your paintings and they are awesome because it actually looks like watercolor rather than oil and since you can't really use watercolors on canvas, your technique is great! Nice work!!

yes, this is my bagrut work, from last year. i finished high school a year ago and am now in shnat-sherut. i'll go off to the army in about 3 months...  I went to wizo nahalal school in emek izrael, if you know where that is..
