Heres one of my latest pouches...

Had to throw the kitty pic in there for scale of course! Wink  Thats Snickers investigating my crafts...
The pattern is REALLY easy!!  I definately recommend it!  I modified it from this site.
What I did was expand the bottom to the width I wanted.  Then kept the stictches the same for the body and finished up with "holes" for the drawstring just as the pattern call for...I also went around the top with 2 rows of single crochet.

This pouch can be done in rounder shapes or in tubes by just tweaking the amount of rows crocheted in the body.
Could be used for sunglasses, crafts, un-mentionables...the possibilities are endless.

Very nice-- would make a great beach bag if done up much larger.  What yarn did you use?

Well thank you both!
I used plain 'ol regular worsted weight yarns....caron and red heart!
The yarns were actually in my grandmother's tag sale bag so I rescued them!
