Grin Thank you to the many people here who suggested freezer paper -- it rules!  Grin

The best part about it is ditching the exacto knife in favor of a small pair of manicure scissors. (Thanks Quincy!)  So much faster!

Anyway, I was so proud of how this shirt turned out I decided to put pics up right away.  The digital camera is the worst EVER, so sorry in advance that the pics are crappy.  I usually use my friends' but I didn't want to wait.  The shirt is of Trent, and it's for my boyfriend since he is a living carbon-copy of Trent.  If there was ever a live-action Daria, he would be the one to cast.  It's that striking a resemblance.  Anyways, he thought it would be funny to wear a Trent shirt so I made him this one.  I made the stencil by editing a BMP pic I found online until it was simple enough to turn black and white.  I'd be happy to post it if anyone wants me to.

So anyways - go freezer paper!

That's AMAZING.

I love Daria, but haven't been able to find any stencils I really like. Do you mind posting the one you made?

So......Freakin.... .Coool.......!

Trent is the biggest of my (many) cartoon crushes & I'd kill for this t-shirt. Or better yet a live-action version (lucky!). Have you signed the online Daria DVD Petition?

It turned out great, I really want to try the freezer paper method but word is that you can't get it in Aus. It probably is available but called something else.

This is my stop, gotta get off.......

Don't mind posting the stencil at all - have fun!!!

If you're looking for other Daria stencils, you should check out stencilry http://www.freewebs.com/stencilry/home.htm.  There are two of Daria herself towards the bottom under "Movies & Television."

Me too!  I did sign that petition, btw, monoped.  You should too meegie!  Just google 'daria dvd petition.'  I'd die for a DVD of old Daria eps.

Just for an update, my boyfriend's brother saw him wearing the shirt, and had never seen the show, and thought the shirt was supposed to be a likeness of my boyfriend!  Just goes to show - he is trent!
