Im sorry I wasn't able to post pictures. I've been a little overwhelmed. I love everything Coyote Lady sent me. The knitting needle roll up is awesome and the matching bag is adorable. I love all the stuff she sent me! Thank you!

I used white knee highs that felt really silky and stretched them over hangers. Then painted and glittered!

The next item is a Wyrd Sisters clock - hand drawn! I'm pretty sure jan_on_ice drew this herself. She's that talented.

Yay! I'm glad you liked everything, but I can't take the credit for drawing the picture of the Wyrd sisters. I actually traced it from a picture I found on Google.
I'm kinda mad at myself for sending you the Westly mask rather than keeping it for myself, what with Valentines Day around the corner, it sure could come in handy! Wink

P.S. I love that Last Unicorn goodies! They're awesome!

SlyGrimalkin  Thanks for posting pictures. I accidentally left my camera at my son's art contest, so they are sending it to me, but I haven't gotten it yet. I will try to take better pictures when it gets here.

I have to be honest though, I don't think any pictures would do it justice. They are far too beautiful! The wings are simply stunning! I've worn the earrings quite a few times already, and have gotten many compliments on them. And the shirt is the envy of my household right now!

Okay now I'm worried.  Sad I sent another swap on the same day to a much further destination and they've received theirs. Where is jan_on_ice's swap goodies?

I will be patient. It's been a week and a day now....  *sniff, sniff*  Scared.

If it's lost I will cry. Cry

Phew! I'm glad it got there okay!

I sent jan_on_ice magnetic Fairytale Story. It is words on magnets and you make up your own story on your fridge. I sent a gauzy floral scarf with mermaids painted on it in glitter fabric glue and some stripey Beetlejuice-inspired arm-warmers.
I also sent her two t-shirts, a pink one with mermaid silhouettes and a white one with Jareth from Labyrinth and the words "I move the stars for no-one" which is a line from a song in the movie.
Unfortunately I don't have photos of those so you will have to wait until jan_on_ice has her camera ready and a free moment.

Okay then here are pictures of some of the items that I sent jan_on_ice.

A Zipped pouch of Jareth from Labyrinth. Originally it was going to be a t-shirt but didn't quite turn out as I'd hoped, but he was just right for a pouch.

Here's the fun inside lining:

Here is another pouch I sent. Jan_on_ice loves mermaids (I think she might be part mermaid!)

Notice that I found a nice little fish as a zipper-pull. I know jan_on_ice loves her marine biology, as any good mermaid would. The inside is lined with blue/green satiny fabric. Also I put some glitter on the mermaid's scales. Magical things always glitter.

Next a bracelet. Sorry it's a bit blurry.

Its made of little circles of shell that were picked up on a beach luckily they already had holes in them so I didn't have to do any drilling. Alone they were boring so I threaded a transparent opalescent sequin between each one and knotted between each one. In half-light it sparkles like a wave in the moonlight.
It is threaded on light blue pearl embroidery thread.

Lastly another bracelet

It's made of beach glass; glass that has been worn smooth and frosted by the sand and waves. It was picked up on actual beach. Originally I want to drill holes in them but had no drill-bits that could handle it.
So I ended  up winding it with wire and because of the odd shapes had to use a little glue to secure the wire. The beads in between are frosted glass that I had in my stash and matched the glass colours beautifully!

Voila!
