That is very pretty.  Purple looks good on blondes.  When my skills are up to the challenge, I am making this sweater.

it's super-easy, you should definitely give it a go. I only started knitting properly at the end of last year and this was my first big project. It's a good one to start with as it's meant to be loose, so you don't have to worry too much about getting your sizing and shaping spot-on.
