Hey all. Haven't posted a finished object in a long time, so I really wanted to show this. I can't share a pattern yet because I'm sending it off for consideration in a new book! I can tell you that the yarn is Valley Yarn Stirling Mohair Loop http://www.yarn.com/yarns/stirling.html and I love the finished look.



If the book doesn't want it, I will post a pattern here later. Cheers all!

I really like the style of the hat with the loopy yarn!  it almost looks kind of tweedy to me.

i love it love it love it!  best of luck getting the pattern into a book, it's definitely on my list of projects, no matter how i have to get it.  and i love the button on the side.  can i say "love" any more?
