Just toast some almonds and keep them warm while you are doing that caramalize sugar and put almonds into that when its done, add some butter and cherries hehe its good

I didn't see anybody post this so I thought I would add it. When I toast almonds I usally coat them in Soy Sauce first (Tamari Soy Sauce?) and then spread 'em on a baking sheet and bake them (sorry, I know that's not very specific, but my method isn't that scientific lol).
