I LOVE the colors!!!! The fabric pattern looks a lot like a hip men's tie! I love it!!!

the ruffles:
-bridal satin (leftover from a homecoming dress hehe)
-made it up as i went along  Tongue, but i just bunched it and i had made the strip really long.

i can make a tutorial if you guys want!  Smiley
