The maps look wonderful on your travel journals!
And, I must say, the movie journal would be a great idea for one of my brothers, as well. Thanks for the inspiration!

agreed..I am going to italy in the fall and it would be cool to have a journal like that with different maps of florence ...maybe I'd look a bit less like a tourist

thanks folks!  Grin

If you don't happen to work as an earth scientist and receive large numbers of maps for free, you can find maps on-line or go to the thrift shop and buy old atlases or road atlases quite cheaply.

LuckyLally- Florence is one of my favorite places I've visited! The Rough Guide to the city is really great and would help you look less like a tourist. Be sure to get some marbled paper while you are there.

What great ideas!  First I like the map idea, that has my mind going like a million miles an hour!  Then the movie journal is something I can use.  That has my creativity all hyper, too.  You did a good job, btw.

I love the mix of papers in the travel journals. and I love the idea of personalising the journal to where ever the person might be travelling. I like travel journals, but I've never really had a reason to own one. I might have to remedy that quite soon!
