I am getting closer to my first month day!  Yeah!  Then I will make my first unconditional swap item and be approved.  We can start in February if that's good with everyone.

I've been trying to think of girly girl things I can make to turn into Goth girl things.  Stationary, hair band, scarf, jewerly, purse, journal, picture frame.

Any other ideas?

Pudruff

"But why don't you scream now?" Alice asked, holding her hands ready to put over her ears again.

"Why, I've done all the screaming already," said the Queen. "What would be the good of having it all over again?"

How bout fascinators, Pudruff? (those beaded hair comb thingies women wear instead of hats to the races - too big to just be combs, usually have feathers and stuff on them)
Decorated pencils - I'm getting the giggles thinking about pink fluffy-tipped pens a la Reece Witherspoon in Legally Blonde, only black pvc with black and silver glittery feathers!
A makeup case or jewellery box, all 'gothed up'...

Too many ideas, not enough nous to be able to actually pull them off!

Well what the heck does that mean?

I'm a girly girl -- pink lipstick, pearls, Coach handbags, Chanel perfume.

But I'm totally attracted to the Goth chicks I see on Crafster -- black-rimmed eyes, ripped Lords of Acid reconned t-shirts, black grommet boots.

Zoinks. I thought I was the only one who thought like this! If you managed this swap, I'd be in!

this sounds fantastic.  I may need to do two swaps at once, but I'm up for the challenge!

Because Poe wrote on both of them.

Anyone up for a Jasper Fforde swap?

This sounds like a really good idea, and I'd definetly join. My main problem is that I really like crafting kind of goth stuff, but I feel like a total fake when I wear it  Tongue Do you think you could add a third category though? Girly-goth? I think it would be fun to combine preppy and goth in an ultimate ying-yang thing  Cheesy
