My friend has taught me most of what I know about sewing and she's been great about it. She even gave me a decent machine when mine was so crappy. I called her the other day and told her that while sewing, I had broken a needle - My First! Almost poked out my eye too. She just laughed and said that now I'm officially a sewer and I better stock up on needles. She has tons of extra's in a drawer!LOL
