I never get to post pics here because I don't really have access to a digital camera...

BUT, this weekend I had a few special moments with a friend's digital camera.  All I had on me was my current WIP.

So, voila... 3 skeins into my Noro silk garden feather and fan scarf...

Feather and Fan rules.  More so when it's done with such nice color changes!

Wow!  Wow!  I love that!  I'm getting ideas for next Christmas!

I'm getting obsessed with Noro again, even though I have five untouched skeins of Kureyon at home (too many projects, too little time!).

aww shucks, thanks all...

It's a super easy knit-up (but gets a little repetitive after a while)

For anyone interested, the stitch pattern, which is as old as mud and therefore not copyrightable, is as follows:

CO 38 stitches (stitch pattern repeats twice)

row 1: knit
row 2: purl
row 3: k1, k2tog 3 times, yo then k (6 times), k2tog 6 times, yo then k (6 times), k2tog 3 times, k1
row 4: knit

I tried out a bunch of different stitches to see how they would knit up in the silk garden and this one seemed to look best, so I went with it.
