HELP!!

I'm selling 5x7 wooden frames hand painted to match your pet. They're really cute, but I'm wondering if I'm selling them for too much?? Right now I have them listed as $20, which includes shipping ($5).

What I do is:
prime the frame
paint it to match your pet, i.e., if you had a gray and black tabby cat, i'd paint the frame to look like it had the fur of a gray and black tabby cat (check out my site to see an example)
seal it with clear, protective sealant

Frame dimensions are approximately:
5hx7w with a 3/8 thickness
holds a 4x6 photo
has a glass photo protector
comes with wooden dowel to prop it up

They're customized, cute and make great gifts...but am I being unrealistic selling them for $15?? I've talked with other people who run online shops, and they say the price is fine...maybe I'm just nervous because this is the first thing I've priced/sold.

Any comments, thoughts, suggestions?

I think that's a super fair price!  I'd love to buy one, and I totally would too, except I've got all my cash in my inventory for my site right now.  Maybe a trade?  You won't hurt my feelings if you don't see anything you like, don't worry if you can't trade.  Anyway, my point was:  I think that's a really fair price, and I wouldn't go any lower than that.

BeppyCat,
I would totally be willing to trade with you!! You do some great stuff! Would the whale towel be a fair trade?? It will make the best present for my three year old niece. Which kitty do you want me to make a frame for? I bet that's like asking which one you love the most, huh? I have three cats myself, and I love them all!! Well, we could start out with one and trade until you have a frame for all three?! It's up to you. I don't want to take away from your inventory and potential income.

Oh, and I wish I would have known about the rosaries earlier, especially the one with the birthstones...my mom's birthday is June 9th and she would just LOVE one of those!! How long does it take you to make one?

Hi!
I just thought I'd post a picture of the frames you made me and what I did to hang them so everyone can see how cool looking they are!

I hot glued 1/4 inch wide grosgrain ribbon to the sides of them leaving a loop at the top and spacing them about an inch apart.  I have them hanging opposite the entrance so the kitties and the cool frames will be the first thing everyone sees.  I just have to take a better picture of Smudge sometime.

Awesome!! The ribbon is a great idea! Hopefully I can get a pic with Brynn all clean and comfy in her new whale hoodie towel Smiley
