Hello again,

Sorry for the sudden large amount of questions I am posting, but I am possibly going to consign my bags for the first time, and I have a ton of questions!!

I was asked to bring an invoice which would start what pieces I am bring to the store. I have no idea what to include on this, and I was hoping someone would give me some pointers on how to start one. I know excel/access if that helps. If anyone has a sample they could show me, I would really appreciate it. Thankyou so much!!

If you go online at Microsoft, you can download an excel template for an invoice. It will have a bunch of prompts to fill in names, addresses, etc.

Go here http://office.microsoft.com/templates/default.aspx?CTT=6&Origin=EC790020111033 and search for "invoice" or go here http://office.microsoft.com/templates/category.aspx?CategoryID=CT063469781033&CTT=1&Origin=EC790000701033&QueryID=XMZ5H_UmJ0 to their invoice index.

Once you have the invoice, list each unique piece you are bringing (be descriptive, if possible) and the quantity. for instance "1 - green linen bag, 2 - pink floral cotton bag" instead of "3 - bags" so if there is any discrepany down the line, it is easier to trace.

HTH!
