Hey all! It's only my third time here, and i need a bit of help. I'm going to be making a skirt out of some polyester 70's shorts my grandma gave me. So basically, how do i deconstruct the shorts so that i no longer have shorts, but a skirt? I know how to make the type of ruffle i want, now all i need is the help in deconstructing the shorts! Any type of help would be appreciated. Thanks all!

Break out the stick ripper and demolish the inside seam! There are a couple threads her to give you a visually just use the search for reconstructed shorts or pants... I hope that helps!!
