Just finished this up today during that lunch break from studying, that's turning less into lunch break and more into crafty break.  anyways, i think this is a box-pleat, but if not, then it's just a pleated skirt.  it's from Simplicity 9823, view F.  i'm sure anyone who shops at Jo-ann's recognizes the fabric.  it was finally on 50% sale this week, so i had to buy it.  enjoy!

in total (from cutting out the paper pattern to the end), it took about 3 hours.  i'm slow that way.  i get distracted by other stuff in my house.  it could probably be cut to 2 hours.  it's a pretty easy pattern, and since i've made alot of skirts, i'm really familiar with the zipper, and the facing with the twill tape for the waistline stuff, so that cuts out some time on understanding.

yea, it's kinda "preppie" b/c it's for work clothes.  it's got a lot of colors in the fabric weave, so that stops it from being all pink.  i still dig it.
