I sell them for £5 which is around $10. I like keeping my prices low.

I don't think they could be made stretchy as they're made around a wire frame. I don't know whether a stretchy material would give the same effect.

I really, really like that bracelet! Very unusual and fun.

I saw some hoop earrings made in that way years ago, but never got around to trying that myself. Your bracelet is awesome, with all the different colors. It would also be cool in "ocean-y" blues and greens.
