So, i'm starting school/work back up again next week...and altho i love my 1971 orange thermos, im kinda tired of just taking soup for lunch.... also my days will run from 8am til 9pm this semester... so i was wondering if anyone out there had any ideas on healthy food that can just be stored in a backpack for the day...quick and easy is also a plus  Wink

did you see these recipes?  they mostly look loke one-pot meals that would travel well, as they're dairy free.

A really good book to try is The Vegetarian Lunchbasket. Most are very simple and so far they have been all really yummy.
