I don't like the peppermint ones at all, but I love the cinnamon!

This is a relatively small swap, as you are limited to decorating the tin and only sending things that fit your partner's theme and fit inside that tiny tin. Consider it a personal challenge!

Hooray!  I'm so glad to read that this swap is going to happen!  I'll watch for the sign ups and finish off my cinammon Altoids in the meantime.

To illustrate the depth of my devotion to peppermint Altoids...

This is my $10 IKEA end table that I revamped last year.

LOVE your "curiously strong" table, Writer78!  That is outstanding!  How did you reproduce the Altoids image?  Did you freehand paint it or stencil it?  Or scan the lid and enlarge it?

thanks!  I took an image of an Altoid tin off of a website and enlarged it.  (It ended up printing onto several pages.)  Then I scribbled on the back of the pages with vine charcoal and traced onto the table (after painting it white).  I then filled in the outlines with the various paint colors.  I used a black paint pen to add the detail to the Mentha Piperita plant.

So, yeah... much with the Altoids obsession over here.   Wink
