My sister has been bugging me to knit her this cape for months, so as a Christmas/Birthday present, I finally got it made for her (and I learned how to crochet to make the hat too  Cheesy).

She really liked it. She even let me take photos.

I'm really impressed with your work. The hat is adorable on her and I am jealous of the cape!

That is freaking awesome.  I love the capelet.  I so want to make one, but I need to figure out a design that won't make me look ridiculous.

She looks like she stepped out of the 1920s--just amazing! Great job and nice color choice to boot!

what hat pattern did you use?  I'm a *beginning* crocheter -- was it okay for a self-taught crocheter?

I love it!  Great colour combination.  I too am thinking about learning to crochet - too many wonderful projects pass me by because I can't make them.  May I ask where you got the pattern for the cape?

I love that cape and I'm not a cape person.  Wow!  I'd love to see a close-up of the buttons.  Classic combination of colors.  Hooray for you!

Stellar!  I just finished making my first capelet today.  I have tol figure out how to work them into my wardrobe because they are so fun to make.

And that hat is an awesome touch.
