I've never knitted before, but my granny taught me how to on xmas eve...and gave me some fantastic green/rainbow wool!! It took me about a week altogether and I added the tassles last night.

Hi - the yarn is "stylecraft APACHE double knitting"..it is 100% acrylic and says "Thyme Dye" on the back.
For the tassles, I looped the yarn around my hand 8 times, then threaded one loopy end of the bundle through the knitting and passed the other end through the loops, then pulled tight! Hope that makes sense... Lxx
