Please everybody - think good thoughts that this bag will emerge.  I am grieving!

Oh man! That bag is gorgeous! I once thought a package was lost forever, and it took two weeks extra, but i got it! Good Luck!

That's cute!  Did you cover all the polka dots with stones, or were the stones already there?  (It's hard to tell because the "before" picture isn't in the same light.)

Yeah I used little black rhinestones and covered all of them, well except the ones that were under the flower and mesh material.

Cute idea!  I remember seeing the "before" bag originally, and I had all kinds of thoughts about what I'd do with it.  And you did something completely different.  I never would have thought to make it dressy like that.  What a fun swap this was!

I don't think a pic of Fyberduck's purse was ever posted!!
I know she tried, but I don't think she was able to upload one and now I can't cause my computer's broken. I think it was on her blog though.. maybe she can post us a link. Her purse was so great. She covered it with a gorgeous chinese fabric and added trim and really cool vintage buttons.

I want to see it! It sounds lovely!

I'm putting feelers out there for round 3. It would be different in that Swapper A buys the bag and revamps it, then sends to Swapper B. That way we eliminate one of the shipping deadlines. Also, after you sign up (if this takes off) you must post a picture of the bag you purchased before you are assigned a partner. The partners would be based on type of bag desired.

Wot'cha think?
