OK everyone, prepare to be shocked and amazed!
Get this...
racehorse87 picked me for a knitting needle case on THURSDAY.
Crafted on FRIDAY.
Had it hand-delivered on SATURDAY.

Have you ever heard the like?



And this is no rush job either! It is so pretty, I LOVE it, racehorse! The rich colours, the patchwork panel, the functional pockets, everything! If you have a better pic please post because I can only take pics of it small and rolled up in my scanner.  And the colours are much more rich and saturated in real life.

Thank you, racehorse!   When your dad dropped it off I ran upstairs, giggling madly, and emptied my knitting basket so I could start arranging my needles in it!

yes, I would have been quite taken aback, except that **cough, cough** I had already loggged on to crackster   craftster as soon as I woke up.  racehorse had pm'd me so that I knew that he would be coming!

Yay! I'm so amazed at how that worked out. There's other things I should have been making yesterday, but the needle roll up sounded the most exciting.  

And then my dad got a call to go visit his dad, and Bloocanoe was right on the way.

He looks so comfy in his new bed. 

I hated sending him in such a small package; he looked so uncomfortable. One good thing about Gerard, though, he's not a complainer. Took it  like a man.

and dang, who made that picture frame.. pretty sweet if you ask me.
