I've seen quite a few different designs on here, so I thought I'd contribute with my own. I actually made this about a year or so ago, but it's taken me a while to photograph it.

It's a vintage frame with metal mesh stapled to the back. Works beautifully, was increadibly easy to make, and looks awesome with the rest of my bathroom decor. Smiley

I'd never want to destroy the art by wearing the earrings!   Cheesy  That is a really cool idea!

Thanks!  Grin

Tara1979: I actually only made the green ones and the amber coloured ones in the top left corner (I've made other pairs, but always end up giving them away). My mom made the purple and blue chandelier ones in the bottom right hand.

grasshoppper: It's almost like interactive art actually.... I like to re-arrange my earrings every so often to give it a different feel. Makes getting the last touches on my outfit a bit more fun. Wink

I need one of these so badly. My jewlery is in a bottomless box and I hate looking for that matching earring. I love the design. Its very pretty!

This is one of the classiest earring holders I've ever seen - it's beautiful!

How did you attach the mesh to the frame, staples?

Thanks for all the compliments everyone! Yay! Cheesy

Beach: I used a staple gun to attach the mesh. Very easy and satisfying to do!
