Wow, thanks so much for the tutorial!  I'm making a bowl right now and it's so fun.  I expect this'd work well with duct tape, too (water-proof!).

i dont know if this helps, but heres a pic of the rectangular bowls i made:


you start off folding 4 middle ones, and you tape all 4 together. then you take one end of the folded paper, and you tape it on, then you just keep rolling until your hearts content! after that you CAREFULLY push the middle part down, and it will become a bowl. layer on the elmers glue, and yay!
