Wow, charliebrown, those squares are fantastic.  I love the color combinations.

On June 5th, I started training for a casual job and have worked every day since and my crafting is suffering - in fact, I forgot all about my quilt block so now I have to go dig out the pattern I printed, pick fabric and get it done before the end of the month!

Glad you like them. I am using mostly greens and browns, with a few other colors thrown in, since this will be for my son. I am glad we are doing two squares a month because by the time we are done, I should have enough to make a decent size quilt. My son always complains that my quilts aren't big enough, of course, when your 6' 2" alot of things aren't big enough!!

My second May block-- repeat Balkan Puzzle.  I hope to get to the June blocks after all.  Seems the two nap schedules overlap for a couple of hours... for now...knock on wood...

fort-loop-you are amazing!  I can't seem to get these blocks done.....and you manage it with a toddler and a new-born!

The Balkan Puzzle block is beautiful.  It will go really well with your other blocks.  If I was not so exhausted right now, I would start on my June (or April or May) blocks.  I am so behind!

fort loop I love the block.  And I love the new picture of your two little ones.  I'm happy to hear their naps are coinciding.   Hope it lasts a while.

ct girl, I too am behind.  I wanted to do May's quilt blocks but my son refused to take a nap today.

I'll just keep trying tomorrow......................................to be continued....................... Grin
