Either would work for me.  Smiley Can't wait to see the new ones, I still have yet to tackle the star block but I will attempt it sooner or later...

I vote for one regular, one applique option.

You've been waiting (I hope)...

June's Blocks

Back to some straight-up piecing..

Wyoming Valley Block
I thought this was really pretty.  It reminds me of paw prints, somehow.  A bit more complicated, in that there are lots of pieces.

Towers of Camelot Block
Very somber and old-worldy in two colours, this could be kicked up in brights or made very old fashioned with vintage fabrics.  Simple, but effective.

Edit: When I prepared this post, the votes seemed to be for regular piecing.. now I see they've turned to applique, at least partially.  So.. applique will officially be the July theme.

I love that Towers of Camelot Block!!!  I can't wait till I have some time for this.  I have tons of catching up to do.  Hoopefully I can finally figure out how to print last months so I can get those done first.

I have just started to work on a quilt for a graduation present for my niece (and when I say just started I am still cutting.....)   The graduation is Sat. so I made a little mini quilt to give her.  Working on it has made me realize how much I miss quilting and why I joined this craftalong in the first place!

Those are both great squares!  It's going to be hard to pick just one - I might actually have to give in and make both  Grin

Those look like great squares. I have such a full month in June, I may not even be able to start them until the end of the month.

Fort_loop - how are you doing? Any baby yet?

Hi Everybody!  Guess what-- the recipient of my blue and yellow quilt has arrived!  It's a boy!  Not sure how I'll keep up this month-- might have to take a breather, but I'll be watching the thread.  Those block patterns are amazing-- looking forward to trying that Wyoming one especially.  Back in it soon-- keep up the good work.
