Very exciting!  I finally got our camera AND the camera cable off my boyfriend, so I now have pictures of January - March (I haven't done April's blocks yet, to my chagrin).  Note that they might not look square because of the funny angle I had the camera on (and not much / any pressing), but they are more or less square:

January:

Balkan Puzzle:

Depression Block:

Bonus!  I used my extra squares from the Depression block to make this block, just by switching the arrangement of lights and darks and the orientation of a few of the blocks:

February:

Kid's Heart:

Card Trick:  This one is actually a little wonky..

March:

Ribbon Block:

Friendly Hand: Upper left hand corner is a touch wonky.. the white fabric has a bit of stretch to it (it's all I have around, and I can't afford to only buy 100% cotton "quilting" fabrics - quilter's have always made do with what they had because that's what they could afford, and I do the same).

Great job on all the squares - it's nice to see the organizer's squares, finally  Grin

I love how bright your Card Trick block is and the red in the Heart block!

Thanks.  As you can tell, I'm not very patient on the seams or the measuring.. I don't care if they don't match up perfectly Cheesy  Very much not a perfectionist on this sort of thing, even if I do know the technique.

I have been lurking for awhile, but now I want in on the fun too. I am rushing right home so I can get caught up.

I'm wondering if some people have dropped out of this craftalong.  It sure doesn't seem that there are as many April squares being shown as there were for January and February.

Yeah, unfortunately I did one block and then fell off the wagon Tongue

BUT, I am still totally inspired by this thread, I still check back all the time, when I get some more time and fabrics together I'll definitely do some more quilted lovelies Wink

It does seem a bit like it, doesn't it?  It might just be a busy month for people, too.  I know for me that school is just wrapping up, and life is busy.  I'm betting that people are going to come back when they can.  We're also attracting new people, which is fantabulous!

On that note, welcome, charliebrown!

This thread has become irresistible.
I'm going to try to catch up, or at least do this month's blocks......maybe not before the end of April (can't believe how fast it is flying by!) but soon!

I have only done January, but still plan to finish them all.  My work keeps me very busy at this time of the year, & has me traveling almost constantly.  Hopefully I'll be able to spend some time on it next month.  Everyones blocks are so beautiful & inspiring!
