I WAS WONDERING IF THE POSTER BOARD ( THE KIND YOU CAN FIND IN CVS FOR LIKE A BUCK) CAN BE USED TO MAKE A GOOD STENCIL. Huh

Poster board is just fine for a stencil you only want to use and then discard.  It'll get mushy and lose its edge if you reuse it much.  I would recommend using spray adhesive to keep it attached to the shirt while you paint, but you can just tape it or whatever if you're avoiding expenses.  I've done plenty of stencils using plain old paper or card, you just aren't going to get quite as perfect an edge as with freezer paper or some other methods.  Give it a go, though  Smiley

If you want to make a stencil that will last for an infinite amount of reuses, use clear plastic dividers or folders that are sold in office supply stores in packs for only a few bucks. Or acetate, but that's expensive.
