hey there, you did a *spectacular* job! i LOVELOVELOVE that colour combo; my bedroom is actually orange (walls and ceiling) with magenta trim, so i guess i'm a little biased Wink i also noticed that you have the same bed as my best friend (from ikea, non?) and he ended up painting the whole frame black and it looks awesome! just thought i'd share in case you ever thought about altering your bedframe. lovely job on the flower painting Smiley

Thank you all for your comments!

lilmisspink-  I freehand painting the flower from an image the book "Chinese Cut-Paper Designs" from Dover Publishing.  I roughly sketched the negative space (pink) parts first with white chalk on the first night and painted what was supposed to be orange the next day.  I guess it took me 3 hours in total.

tygra- yes, my bed is from Ikea and I was thinking about painting it black but I like the natural look of the wood.  Besides, I have two dark pieces of furniture in my bedroom so I didn't want to over do it with the dark furnishings.

L- Paint your wall!  I was afraid at first because of what my landlord my say but I said "fuck him, he doesn't live here.. I do and I'm painting!"  Everyone should have a bedroom that suits their taste.
