We celebrated the new year on three different nights: red wine night, white wine night, and sparkling wine night!  Heh, that's just the festive, jolly spirits that we are.   Grin

I've been a wine tester for a while now (as coaxed by my boyfriend) but I'm not to the wine connoisseur stage yet.  I can say "Yes, I can taste the hint of black pepper in that,"  but I couldn't drink the whole glass.  However,  I have had experience hosting and co-hosting a few dinner parties, so....  can I join your fun?
