Lovely!  What kind of yarn is that I have been saying I wanted to get some yarn like that but I never see it at the stores I am in.

It looks like the Red Heart camo colors variegated yarn I just bought my son for Christmas! (yes, he's 11, and he got yarn and crochet hooks, =P)

miss joy- I started out using the Fluffy shrug schematics(you can find it at crochetville.com) but I changged a few things .I basically just crocheted a lenghth that I wanted and I crocheted it until it reached the circumfernce of her arm, folded it in half and sewed up the two ends but then I single crocheted around the opening once then I went around again making two increases in each corner stitch. We are both the same size so I kept trying it on as I went along. Then i only crochet halfway up the bottom ( i did not go all the way around) and i just kep crochet that until it was big enough then I added buttons on both sides and it wrapped. I really did not know what I was doing and was happy it came out good . I hope you can understand this if not just pm me and I can help you. I plan on making another one soon maybe we can do it together.

smrfchic-
that was exactly the yarn I used I got it from Walmart
