12/28/05 - What Serious Problems Are You Having Since the Server Move?

1. Pages not loading or loading extremely slowly and then cancelling. The pages tend to load normally after I've refreshed a few times. One error telling me to try again and contact admin if the problem occurs when I try search; blank results for something I know there's hits for.

2. Mostly around 8-11pm GMT (take off five/six hours for America? I'm not sure). That's when I'm most active, though; I'm rarely on before 5pm here.

1. I had problems with the search tool not working, but it's been fine since then. and i've also had a problem where, when i have a new PM and sign on to craftster, a little window pops up. when i click 'open in new window' it does not open. i have to get the PM manually. it's not that big of a deal, because i think this is a new feature, but i dunno why it's not working for me.

1. Occasionaly over the last couple of weeks Craftster hasn't been loading for me at all. Instead I get this message, "Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable." I've also been experiencing delays when I click on a thread. Sometimes it loads sometimes it just sits there pretending like it's loading.

2. I haven't ever pinpointed the problems to a certain time of day. I'll pay more attention and post again if it seems applicable.

1. i just get the usually "page doesn't exist" error. haven't gotten one today, but i got them frequently yesterday.

1. Please list the serious problems you are having since the server move. Please be as descriptive as possible -- like do you get a specific error message? Please paraphrase that error message?
2. Do they always seem to happen at pretty much the same time of day? If so, please tell me what time of day.
3. Where are you located geographically? (You can just specify the country if you don't want to get specific.)
4. What browser do you usually use?
5. What OS do you usually use -- PC or Mac?

1. usually the page won't load and the very top of the page will say "server cannot be found"  or somethign to that effect
2. erm, i'm really not that sure what times of the day it happens. usually later at night i would think, cause i stop trying for maybe 30min-1hr before giving up and just going to bed and hoping it's back in the morning

1. I've not been able to get past the first page for several hours twice in the last week.
2. It seems to be mostly during the day - afternoon, which surprised me because most problems I've had in the past have involved it slowing down during peak US user periods.

I get a server is busy or server cannot be found ALOT more than before. probably 1 out of 5 attempts to get in I get this message. Im in Oregon, I use Windows Explorer, and sometimes Mozilla Firefox. Neither is better than the other.

1.  Very frequently, it just won't load.  Sometimes I can get the first page to come up, but then can't click anywhere from there--page can't be found type of thing.

It happens mostly at around 10pm/11pm at night GMT.  Which is about 4pm-6pm USA time.
