Hi everyone. I made these CD racks in the summer, and they took me about four days in total. I didn't have a digital camera until now (got one for christmas) and so I thought I would post some pictures of them.

Thats from the left side and was actually taken with my friends camera. The images are Tegan and Sara, The Arcade Fire, and Millencolin on the front one, and JD, Kathleen and Jo from Le Tigre on the far one.

And thats from the right. The near one is Reel Big Fish, The Specials, and Brody Dalle and the far one is Jack Johnson, Metric, and Jimi Hendrix.

Here are close-ups on the two Le Tigre ones that are covered in the first picture.

I started out by painting the CD racks yellow and making/gathering the stencils that i wanted. I printed out the images and transfered the outlines to the wood by rubbing pencil on the back of the paper and then pressing them against the rack. And yeah, then painted them in with black using that as a guide.

Any comments, suggestions, etc would be great!

Thanks guys, they were really fun to do, and as i said, gave me something to spend those lazy summer days on.

Hehe, i like the baking sheet too, but I should have gotten a bigger size. That one isn't quite big enough for all the magnets!

I really like those!  Especially since they have a lot of my favourite bands on them!   Smiley
