That is a great book (it was one of the prizes for a Craft Challenge).

does anyone have this book? What are some of the projects? Do you recommend it? Is it better than the book Super Crafty?

Cheers!!!

I picked this book up a few weeks ago and it's pretty cool. There's a bunch of different projects like a craft tote, Anarchy soap, vinyl cuffs, marble magnets (brought you by Leah from Craftster's), crazy cool sock monkeys, a She's my Cherry pie sampler, a trashy quilt made from assorted wrappers and papers(which I haven't tried yet but love the idea of), felt wallets and a ton of other stuff that I can't recall at the moment. One of the things I really liked was that each project is introduced by the artist/crafter followed by a bio/questionnaire type deal. It may just be me but learning about the crafter who created the project helps me appreciate it so much more. The only downfall for me would be the lack of glossy pages(only 12 I think), and the lack of finished project pics(the aforementioned 12 pages). All in all it's a really cool book that even if you didn't make one of the listed projects will provide inspiration for future ones.

I also picked up Super Crafty around the same time and I love it as well. There are a lot more projects and pics in this book (with glossy pages) and I love the way it's broken into sections like Vinyl projects, Pet Crafts, Crafts for your car, gift ideas, Crafts for you home, Recycled crafts and so on. They squeezed a lot of info in that book and it's one of my favorites. If I had to choose I would go with Super Crafty.

Personally I don't think it has enough projects in it to warrant buying it new. And I find the layout to be cramped.

I completely agree, there is like 100 pages of interviews and only a few projects. I would suggest getting super crafty

I like this book.  I like the philosophy, the non-snootery, the funny little stories.
I just wish there were more projects.
