This is the first bra purse that I made and I think it turned out pretty well.  I sent it to my sister for Christmas, she'll get a kick out of it.  I just used some red lacy ribbon (reminded me of lingerie) for the handle.  I fastened it with a snap at the high end.  I particularly liked it as the material was all donated and there was no sewing involved!LOL

My friend gave me the bra - said it never fit right.  The thing on the front is a frog I had left over from making a cloak.

I know it's nothing much compared to what y'all do, but it's a start!

Glitterqueen - no zipper, I don't have a zipper foot on my machine and am a chicken to do them besides!  I just did a simple snap at the highest point.  I sent it to my sister for Christmas and she loved it!  She thought it was fun, funny and cute!  So, I'm pretty pleased!

Ohmygosh! That is such a cute idea. I'm going to have a serious talk with my creativity gene...needs to get its behind in gear. That is just great.

I have that same frog (i didn't know what a frog was until a few weeks ago) waiting to go on a purse I reconstructed from an old wool overly shoulderpadded blazer. I can't find any black thread.  Tongue

Anyway...Great job!
