My husband and I decided to make a Peanuts Christmas display.  It took a long time to create.  First I drew  the characters on plywood.  Then I painted them.  My husband cut them out with the jigsaw.  We sanded the edges, touched up the paint, and gave them a coat of polyurethane.  Sorry about the glare on some of the pictures.  We are so proud of our Peanuts gang. Enjoy!

You both did a fantastic job, if you make a great pumpkin you can use the same display for halloween too.  Grin

Oh, this is great!
It reminds me of my childhood. My father made displays just like this of our favorite tv-shows once a year when I was a little kid (not for Christmas, but for the annual festivities in our village).

Thanks  everyone!  Cheesy  We really enjoy decorating for the holidays.  We usually stick to Halloween, but this year we decided to make a Christmas display.   There is a house in a nearby town that has the Great Pumpkin, so we borrowed their idea.  I really do love it.

I LOVE THIS!  I've always kinda wanted something in the yard but nothing suited my tastes.  THIS IS PERFECT.  I may totally have to craftlift this.
