Dang, this swap has been hectic!  Not only did we have a flaker earlier, but now we are dealing with a flaky post office!  Grrrr.   Angry

The post office wasn't much help - I thought that might be the case - if the person who got it returns it I can resend if they don't they get a free package.  Lips sealed

So I think the best thing is to redo the package for you - if they do return it it could be a week or more. But I will pm you the when and how stuff.

Ok your package did get here - and it's wonderful (which makes me feel even worst) but thank you so much juliel85 - wonderful cup full of great teas, a beautiful condiment box that I can keep at work. Two very cute spice jars with cute heart shaped charms - A huge chocolate bar Yummy <G> and a wonderful tea colored scarf!

Just love it all - thank you so much!

goatgoddess, I'm glad you got your package and like it all!  I had a lot of fun putting it together (hope you don't think my "tea guide" was snobby, I was trying to be funny because if you knew me you'd know I'm not snobby AT ALL...hehe).
As for the thing with my package, I  am definitely annoyed with the post office for messing up.  However, you should NOT have to make another package, I wouldn't want you to do all that work!  Maybe the post office will figure out what happened and fix things...who knows. Smiley  I'm sure wherever it is it is being enjoyed!

Loved your tea guide - very creative. I've never had Lady Gray or Irish Breakfast so looking forward to them both.

I don't have much faith that it will be sent back (it could but) The lady at the post office just looked at me blankly when I explained the issue so that didn't help much  Undecided

Not a problem about redoing the package - a bit miffed because some of the items I brought will be hard to impossible to find as I brought them before Christmas but that's fine - I'm sure there is new and better stuff to find now - your second package may end up being better. <g>

Stuff happens - just hate that you have to wait longer. But no worries - you sent a package you are going to get a package <g>

I'm getting nervous.  My package is in the right city, but it was just forwarded to a different address.

I hate the post office.

Oh gosh - hope it gets to the right place!

Next year I will not mail right before Christmas - at least I won't use the post office <G>

Geez, freakin' post office.  I called the poplar grove post office today just for kicks, and the lady was nice but pretty unhelpful.  She said there was an Oak st. in PG, but she asked the person who delivers there and she said she had not delivered any packages recently (I think poplar grove has like 900 people in it).  I left my address and zip code in case it was returned to the post office, but I know it's probably unlikely.

My fantastic package from orangeabsinthe arrived safely today!
(I lost my USB cable for the camera - pics to follow once I locate it - light a candle for its discovery)
She sent a boat load of goodies:
2 knitted coffee cup cozies
Fantastic coasters with great images, I especially love the Mr. Coffee in flames!
2 bookmarks
A yummy package of coffee that I can't wait to try
and.......
