Here's it after I put it into grayscale and then uped the contrast:

Here's it after I did a lot more.

Here's it in a Filter called Spectrum:

I guess I got a little over eager with my first post here- I forgot to say that I just got into Digital Photography and Photoshop a couple months ago and   these are a few recent things I've done- and I'd greatly appreciate any comments or criticism. I'll post some more soon.

That's awesome- how in the world did you do it? Like I said- I just started two months ago- It looks kind of like a half dead mask.

Cactus, I love the grayscale with the few colors. By far my favorite.

I don't know a lot about photoshop, so I can't give you suggestions, but I can say that it looks really good.....In my opinion.

I can't see all the pics in the first one but I too am obsessed with Photoshop .... here is a pic that my father in law has carried around for years of my mother in law. After much persuading he finally agreed to let me borrow it so that I could fix it up and print it up as an 8x10. It travelled all the way from Chile to Canada. I love old pics especially but I also do tons of photo cards for my kids for special events too.

Here is the original

this is the sepia toned one all fixed up

and this one I added colour like they do back in Chile ....
